What will we be doing? Learn to cook homemade flour and corn tortillas, shredded meats, guacamole, pico de gallo, and more as we explore the many variations of tacos - make traditional, walking, street, and even dessert tacos! We will personalize kitchen aprons, create recipe books, learn about kitchen safety and practice basic cooking skills like measuring ingredients and following recipes.
